President Anisa Telwar started Anisa International with the vision of giving back to communities that have supported the company and areas where the plant operates. This vision translates locally and globally, as each member of the Anisa International family holds a strong commitment to giving — of our products, our time, and our money.
Habitat for Humanity Home Build
Anisa International recently co-sponsored and volunteered during a home build for an Atlanta homeowner. Company representatives from all over the world convened together to help contribute to the Habitat for Humanity vision through giving of their time and talents. Tasks completed on the home include installing doors, painting, siding, roofing, and adding porch railings. We support the vision of Habitat for Humanity to eliminate poverty and homelessness through providing decent shelter as an essential ingredient to strengthen communities both in Atlanta and worldwide. A Champion for Families
Anisa International is an ongoing supporter of Families First, because we identify with their commitment to strengthen and empower families within our community. Families First provides solutions and resources to thousands of children and families throughout Atlanta, Ga. through adoption programs, homeless family assistance, advocacy, family counseling, and more. We are proud to provide both in-kind donations, and to support programs like holiday food and gift baskets, back to school supplies, and event sponsorships, like 'Dining for a Difference'. Supporting High School Students Without Mothers
Students Without Mothers is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping high school students whose mothers have passed away or are absent from their lives for other reasons, help themselves to pursue higher education. Anisa serves as a mentor for the program and she and the company also support this incredible cause financially.

Raising money for Atlanta's homeless animals
Anisa International is an ongoing sponsor for LifeLine Atlanta, a non-profit organization that promotes animal rescue and welfare in the Atlanta area. Their goal is to help every dog and cat have a good life in a caring environment. Anisa International values their commitment and provides support to raise awareness of animal rights issues related to abuse and over population through reduced cost spay/neuter clinics, rescue operations and promoting adoption programs.
